Hati ini telah mnjadi trlalu lmbut sejak 2 menjak ni... Hadeyh la... ksan dia troq la jugak dmna secara langsung atau tidaknya, i'll pay attention kpd bnda2 remeh yg xspatutnya... n d worse part is, the things will affect my feeling in a way that i'll become moody, xtrsa nk b'ckp dgn org n nk senyum pn xtrsa ikhlas... then, mula la rsa bdan xsehat, mental apatah lagi, lagi-lagi la lembap...huhuhu...XSUKAAAAA.....

However, skarang ni, dalam usaha nak membentuk peribadi yg lebih tegas, xbrapa kisah dgn bnda2 yg remeh n utk boleh marah bertempat!!! BOLEH KE????

of course la BOLEH!!!!!! mari gelak beramai-ramai~ HAHAHAHAHA....

antara cara2 yg telah dijalankan dan dlm pertimbangan adlh;

• fikirkan nikmat laen yg perlu dsyukuri bla trsa sedih~
• fikir yg seseungguhnya "I'm the superior n Allah's always with me"~
• fikir yg nk sedih wtpa, tenangkn aty, tabahkn aty n wat bnda yg leh menyenang aty sniri~
• sesungguhnya, kita xkan boleh puaskan aty smua org sbb keadaan tu x kan tercapai smpai bla2, puaskan aty sniri dulu dgn wat apa secara logiknya betul n rasional~

Cara2 yg dsebutkn di ats msih dlm tempoh percubaan dmna ksan2 nya telah dpt drsai sedikit demi sedikit... Hypothesis kajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji keberkesanan peningkatan intrapersonal skill bagi menceriakan hidup!!!!

Lastly, laugh is the best medicine~~ Really hope that i can make my heart bloom with smiles~ AHAHAHAH~ =P

~Types of techniques used by students to seek attention~

Skarang ni, semakin hari, semakin banyak pengalaman yg ditimba dan semakin bertambah pengetahuan tentang individual differences di kalangan manusia yg hidup di dunia ni...

Talking from experiences, xpayah ambik jauh2, kat skolah ni pun dh cukup... and i'm very,very sure that all of you had, are or will face the similar or at least a bit alike the situation i wanted to share with you guys...

These students, especially yg duk kt asrama, diorg ni rsanya mcm lack of attention dr org dewasa...and yg bertuahnya bila kita/warden/ "org dewasa"/guru yg ada kt asrama tu pun hanyalah beberapa org shj... mula la nk kna bagi kasih syg kt diorg ni...and they really love the attentions that you can give them...however, in some special cases, akan ada bebudak yg akn menonjol dr yg laen...xkesah la dr segi penampilan ke, perangai ke, perbuatan ke, percakapan ke atau ape2...tapi kekanak 'attention seeker' ni tetap akn ada...

Diorg ni lak leh dbahagikn kpd 2; yg akn amik perhatian melalui teknik 'menyendeng' dan satu lg, teknik 'i-pretend-not-to-care-but-i-care-very-much'...haaaaa...

Teknik menyendeng~

teknik ni biasa la, bnyak kesan positif dr negatif...ayat2 seperti;

'cikgu ni sporting la', 'meh saya tolong cikgu', 'ciiiiiikkkkkkgguuuuuuu' dan lain2 lagi kerapkali digunakan oleh students. teknik ni x la menyusahkn mna2 pihak sgt...it's like a win-win situation where everybody is happy...

Teknik i-pretend-not-to-care-but-i-care-very-much~

teknik ni special sikit dmana students tersebut haruslah mempunyai daya ketahanan mental yg tinggi...sbb pe mental???sbb, diorg akan wat prangai n keraskan aty sndiri supaya xrsa kesian.

teknik kedua ni la yg sengsaranya sbb diorg akn menyakitkan aty kita bagi mendapatkn perhatian yg diorg nk..selalunya, tindakan2 yg diorg amik adlh dgn berckp dgn lantang bla sdar kta berada d kawasan sekeliling, xbercakap tp wat muka pelik2 bla kita ada....meng'ignore' kehadiran kita @ ape yg kita ckp dan laen-laen lagi... diorg ni nk perhatian tp mgkin dsbbkn nature diorg, interpersonal skill diorg ni rndah..bla skill tu rndah, outcome nya akn berbalik kpd org dsekeliling...

itulah sedikit sebanyak teknik2 yg saya ingin kongsi bersama dgn tuan2 dan puan2 pada kali ni...later, kalau saya ada idea n rsa nk menulis, saya post la lagi...

Allah is the One...

Last week was among the busiest week in my life... While busy preparing myself for the SPP interview, my school was also busy for the 3K competition and the 5 stars hostel competition...
it was very very very hectic... Some more, the most unforgettable incident would be the hysteria case in the girls' villa... there were 4 students involved and the incident was quite horrifying...

It all started around 10 pm when two students suddenly cried saying that they saw 'something' near their villa fence...their bodies were trembling and they weren't able to stop crying...

After a while, we moved them to Kamar 1 and with the helps from several students, we managed to hold them down on the beds. The head of the prefect called his father to help in the situation. when he stepped into the room, suddenly one of the locker' doors fell....it looked like some thing had pushed it off it's hooks....

3K competition...

Today is the evaluation day for SMK Langkawi for our #K (Kebersihan, Keselamatan dan Kesihatan). and guess what?? it is for the national level. we had been automatically picked to represent Kedah for the competition... Hopefully our school will manage to get a place in the competition, Ameen..

The evaluation was very simple, if i may say.. For example, i was in the Caunselling room with Khru (Cikgu in Thai's) Ju and when the evaluator came, he just looked around, ask something bout the room, have a sit for a while, smile, smile and left... I think that the smiles were very good signs rite???heheh...

Our principal is quite stress i think, so, better don't disturb him..ngahaha..

By the way, i've got my spp interview and it is on 2nd of July and it is next week..hehehe..
i pray for the best and really hope that everyone will pray for the best too... thank you n i luv u all...

Life is full of unexpected things...

We as normal human being always want things to happen like what we want... For some of us, we try our very best to satisfy others' needs. And for some of us, we expect other people to do what we expect them to do...
For me, i try my best to fulfill other people's needs but i know and i accept that we cannot satisfy each and everyone of them...so,don't be sad if there are people that envy you and like to see you suffer....



i always like to see others feel happy and feel good about themselves. it gives me a feeling of achievement and happiness..i really hope in everything i do, i do it with honesty and sincerely..May Allah forgive all my wrongdoing and may He leads me on the true path...Ameen.

Friend in need is a friend indeed...

even though it's hard for you to reach me, dun 4get to keep trying as i am always by your side..

The result for the choral speaking practice is we got no. 4..hehehe, well, it's no. 1 from the back.hahaha...

I am proud with my students. even though we only had couple of days to practice, they were very supporting in putting their effort for the choral speaking...
~Guys, i'm very touched with your commitment~
And, hopefully, we'll get another chance next year to compete with the other schools.
YEAY, GO LANGKAWIIIIII!!!
